Current Sermon Series

The best place to get started is the foundation. Knock off some dust, Remodel our lives, and take a new opportunity to be transformed. Go a new direction. Just think of the possibilities.

I am an architect and engineer by trade not just a Children Pastor at Clovis New Life and lately construction has been on my heart. Changes have to be made. Foundations need strengthening. Things need torn down. New must be created to continue on. GOD is always at WORK and He isn't finished with any of us yet so we need those seasons where we are UNDER CONSTRUCTION.

Our hearts should always be opened to being remodeled and we need to remember God is the master building and it doesn't work unless HE builds it NOT us. "If the Lord doesn't build a house, the work of the builder is useless" Psalm 127:1. We are not in control God IS, as it should always be.

In my experience construction sites have always been exciting places. I mean think of all the possibilities. The big machinery, the stacks of material that are going to transform into something, the groups of workers, the atmosphere a buzzed with noise and activity all brought about by new and exciting vision. Creation in Progress!!!

When we accept Jesus, God begins a good work in us and sometimes that is something we forget. We become construction sites where God is building something amazing! God has designed something amazing in US! God really is always working in the hearts of those that follow Jesus and allow God to do his work.

This year our Sermon Series in Kids Life are going to follow the lines of Gods work, His creation, His design, His foundation, His structure, His plans, His vision, His assembly, His transformation, and His completion in US! The kids will learn He is building us UP for his kingdom!

I'm Excited and I would love to see all of my kids and all of their friends in my class every Sunday at 10:00 am.

Bring your bibles, Bring your tithes and offerings, Bring your recycling for BGMC and your change for missions. Bring a can or 2 for out Food Bank Project.  Come expecting, bring Friends and let’s just spend some time with our Creator who isn't done with us yet!

IS IT SUNDAY YET?!?!

At Clovis New Life we believe that our children

are our greatest asset, and that

there is no better investment we can make

than the investing in our children.

That is why we are committed to helping children:

    1.) know the Bible,

2.) worship God,

    3.) grow spiritually and,

         4.) make new friends

all in a relevant and fun way.  It is our goal that as kids grow out of Kid’s Life they will have a strong Biblical foundation on which to build their future.

Kid’s Life Ministries is designed for

children 0-11 years of age.

Kid’s Life is divided into three areas

of ministry on Sunday Mornings:

Nursery 0-2

Wee Jam 3-5

Kid’s Life 6-11

We want you to know that it is our goal that your children are taught at an age appropriate level by teachers who are committed to teaching your children to love and follow Jesus. We care for the well-being of your child and strive to help each child grow emotionally, socially, and spiritually.

All children’s ministry workers are trained and must clear a background check before we release them into ministry.  We have a check in system where all children are signed in and out by a parent before being released to keep your children safe.

We invite you to partner with us as we create an atmosphere where children are loved and grow into the person God created them to be.

In Kids Life we focus very much on giving of ourselves and our time to others and Christ because we believe we are all missionaries and we all have something to offer.  We can all "Go" and "Do" until everyone hears about Christ.  We get that opportunity through BGMC.

"BGMC is the AG missions program for kids that instills a heart of compassion to reach the lost through praying, giving, and going. All funds raised through BGMC go to meet critical needs around the world such as feeding programs, water wells, Bible schools, curriculum, and whatever else a missionary needs in their part of the world."
